Proactive Healthcare was founded in 1994 by Stephen, whose own health journey inspired a lifelong commitment to natural wellness. After years of searching for answers to his illness, Stephen experienced a remarkable recovery through the use of quality nutritional supplements. This transformation led him to create Proactive Healthcare — a way to help others access the same life-changing products that restored his wellbeing.
What began as a personal mission has grown into a trusted, family-led company dedicated to improving lives through natural health solutions. Today, Stephen and his daughter, Sarah, continue to lead Proactive Healthcare with integrity, compassion, and a shared belief in the body’s ability to heal when given the right support.

In honour of his late wife, Stephen is now launching a not-for-profit initiative to make natural health options more affordable and accessible — continuing his family’s mission to help others thrive.
